Nantong Jianghuai Interlining Co., Ltd. held a grand foundation stone laying ceremony for its new headquarters on November 18, 2012. In addition to company employees, a number of distinguished guests including local government officers, famed entrepreneurs, business partners and friends of the company came to celebrate the ceremony.
Jianghuia Interlining’s headquarters along with the manufacturing facilities have been located at 1 Shanghai Road in Nantong Economic Development District since 1987. In step with the rapid growth of the company, Jianghuai Interlining invested nearly RMB 50 million to build its new headquarters, which has a floor area of 23 acres and a construction area of 16 thousand square meters. The annual capacity will be 30 million meters woven interlinings with an outcome of RMB 200 million. With the built of the new headquarters, Jianghuai Interlining will become a R&D base for interlining in China, promoting the development of high-tech, environment friendly and comfortable-to-wear interlinings. Jianghuai’s newly launched products anti-radiation interlining, anti-ultraviolet interlining and bamboo charcoal interlining have come up to the advanced level in the world.
Mr. Qiangqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Communist Party of China and Director of Management Committee, Nantong Economic Development District, gave a speech in the ceremony. Mr. Liu Jian, Chairman of the company, also spoke to express the sincere gratefulness to all those supported and helped the new headquarters project.
After the distinguished guests and company management added the soil to the foundation stone, company employees also joined to add soil, wishing a prosperous future of the company with the hard work and contribution of every employee.
The new manufacturing plant is expected to finish the construction in October, 2013 and the new office building will be put into use by the end of 2013. The success of the foundation stone laying indicates that the company development will move to a higher level with a brighter future.
